In Troubled Times - John Lyzenga in Concert

In the Christian church, how do we discuss issues like racism, mass incarceration, privilege, gender, sexuality, immigration, and climate change? How does the Bible guide our conversation and presence in the world? 

THE EVENT
Saturday, April 28 at 7:00pm, join us for an evening of worship, lament, and confession. John Lyzenga joins fellow musicians to perform new worship music from his upcoming album.

On Friday, September 29 at 8:00pm, John Lyzenga joins fellow musicians from the Bay Area to kick off his Fall tour, performing music from his upcoming worship album on justice and oppression. Learn more about the project at http://www.johnlyzenga.com/about/

Cost: Suggested donation of $15. Seventy-five of proceeds go to Hurricane Harvey Relief and the rest will go towards the making of John's upcoming album, produced by Isaac Wardell of Bifrost Arts. 

Parking: Plenty of free parking is available on streets surrounding the church and in the Wade Thomas Elementary School parking lot across the street.
